• Prior to submitting an application, read through application requirements and rental criteria.

• Only complete applications will be accepted. This includes submitting all the supporting documents at the same time as the rental application.

• Applications must be printed and completed in pen.

• Applications can only be submitted for one unit at a time, but can be transferred to different units.

• Applications can be delivered, mailed, faxed or emailed to our office. If emailed, please send as a PDF.

• The screening process takes on average 3 - 5 days.

• Only 1st in line, approved applicants are able to view occupied units. 

• Applications are good for 2 months

*The $55 application screening fee is not collected until you have been approved, viewed and accepted a unit.
